I am crazy about oven dishes. They are easy to make with anything you can find in the fridge. This recipe  takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. Everything is organice.

Half cauliflower
1 Broccoli
6 pieces of Salmon on skin
1 pumpkin
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Fresh oregano or basil or  thyme or  any other herb you like


Preheat the oven. Wash your vegetables. Cut all the vegetables into steak-like slices. Use olive oil to oil your pans.  Make a marinade with olive oil, how much garlic you want, salt, pepper, and cinnamon powder (your own taste). Place your vegetables in the oiled pans. Use a brush or a spoon to cover them in the marinade.


Wash your salmon. Place it in your oiled dish. Use the same marinade with the herbs added to rub your salmon. Put in the oven at 180 degrees Fahrenheit at stand circulating air and grill.

It’ll take about 30 minutes to cook. But still check after 15 mins. 
Delicious as lunch or dinner.
